Wellness Wednesday: Faking it!

Wellness Wednesday: 
Fake it until you make it. Grin and bear it. These are all great but do they work? YES, research shows that acting like an extrovert, smiling when you really don't feel like it can indeed affect your attitude and can actually put you in a better mood! 

Faking a smile, can also boost your confidence! Smiling at someone else, even if you don't feel like it can bring a smile to their face, so it's also contagious and think of all the good vibes you get for making someone else's day! 

Although there are many fake things in the world that you can buy that may only bring temporary happiness, it appears a free fake smile can do just the trick! So if you're reading this SMILE!!
