SunDewed, which we loved! Anytime we can use the words Live Love or Dew in a product name, it seriously makes us jump for joy!
We want to start showing our customers how some of their favorite products are made. As you can see in the picture to the left, the top left picture is our oil stage of the Lip Dew, this is either started with Shea Oil or Avocado Oil depending on which Lip Dew your purchase. The top, right picture shows us adding in a little Gold Mica.
In the middle picture we've just added a bronze colored Mica. This is my favorite part, it is so sparkly, I could just stare at it for hours. However that would be bad because it would harden before I put in the containers. ☺
Afterwards we added a "secret" color of Mica as well as our Coconut Flavoring, which by the way is Alcohol free, Phthalate free, Gluten Free, Formaldehyde Free and unsweetened.
We then let the Lip Dew set for a few hours, pull them out of our filling tray, clean them up, put on the caps and then label and shrink wrap.
Another fun thing we've done with Lip Dew is personalize the products. We've made Happy Birthday Lip Dews, made them for gift bags, etc. It's so fun to get your own Lip Dew with your name on it, plus you don't have to worry that they'll get mixed up!
